“ Recently discovered this amazing place and have been back weekly ever since. The food is super authentic and anything with numbing peppercorns is worth the adventure. Always start with a couple of appetizers like scallion pancake, and the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Then, pick a noodle dish or a noodle soup. Every single one is soooo good. PRO TIP: They will happily modify the spice level to your taste, however, I recommend ordering it just how it comes your first time. This way you get to experience the original intent. And, finally, order the mochi for an easy cool down at the end. Oh!!! I almost forgot. The music they play is fun, modern, and a good mix of styles. The robot that brings stuff to the table is also a blast. Give them place a try and you won't be disappointed! ”
“ Back again, their noodles are sooooo good! I had the beef brisket noodles this time. The brisket wasn't very tendoney, it was more meaty. Since they make their noodles daily and they know what they're doing. In my opinion, their noodles rival even some of the crappier so called hand pulled noodle places that are popping up simply because a lot of people think hand pulled noodles should have the consistency of spaghetti pasta and that's really really far from the true consistency of good hand pulled noodles. The robot was on a union break while we were here tonight and the workers actually had to di the serving, but then again, the food came out a whole lot faster. ”
“ Service was very friendly and quick . . They have homemade noodles and it was very good . . I had the curry one which was a little spicy . . My hubby had beef brisket which is what I should have ordered. . Very tasty! ”
“ Our last night in Vegas & we found this hidden gem. The waitress was so friendly & helpful in explaining the menu & spice levels for the food. We ordered the calamari & had the non-spicy beef brisket noodles. The calamari was cooked perfectly & had just the right amount of spice, not too much & not too little. The noodles were delicious, the soup was flavorful & the brisket was tender. My friend also ordered the house made lemon grass tea & enjoyed it as well. I even tried it myself although I don't drink tea, & even I was surprised by how tasty it was! I highly recommend this restaurant, from the menu with a variety of delicious food to choose from & reasonable prices, to the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely keep this on our list for the next time we're back in Vegas! ”
“ With so many noodle places to choose from, Noodlehead is a notch above the others. Their homemade noodles are bouncy and the broth was so flavorful. We also tried the spicy chicken and omg, the sauce was so good, we asked for it to go so we can pour it on our own ingredients. They should sell the sauce! Service was friendly and attentive. 10/10 for me. ”
“ Simply AMAZING!! nice welcoming the moment we walked in and was seated. We ordered several dishes from soups to noodles. Also fish ball and popcorn chicken appetizers that kicked off the meal well. Nice soup servings with plenty of flavor. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures as we were so engulfed with the flavor of each dish. Dishes were so good we also ordered dishes to go to share with the rest of our household. Nice ambiance with a television showing the various dishes to pick from. Bonus: Sign up for their membership!! You get 10% of your first order and then 5% back from each order thereafter. Will be back soon!! ”
“ Fresh noodles !!! Blended with deliciousness!!! Great customer service. Waitress was so friendly and helpful and provided us with options !!! I love supporting family owned businesses!!! It was cozy and charming place. ”
“ Wow, this is a great find! The homemade hand pulled noodles were al dente and the spicy beef soup was a perfect spice level (3 chili peppers)! We also had the spicy chicken (boneless dark meat) cold dish and that sauce hit the spot (I added some more chili oil and a bit of soy sauce to my liking)! ”
“ Date night in Vegas and you're craving noodles? Head to Chinatown and check out this hidden gem off Jones and Desert Inn in the northwest shopping center. Noodlehead definitely is hidden, tucked away inside a thriving and bustling strip mall, but they have ample parking. We did call ahead for a table, just in case, as it was Saturday night, but it wasn't too crowded when we arrived and we were seated right away! Our waitress was lovely! She asked if it was our first time in and then explained the menu to us - everything is customizable so you don't have to stress about screwing up your order (cough, me, cough) and it being too spicy to eat. We started with shrimp tempura and ordered dan dan noodles and beef brisket noodles. The portions are excellent for the price and the smells will make you drool for days! The hand-pulled noodles are delicious, the broth is outstanding, and the meat was tasty. Overall, we are more than happy with this choice and we will be back to try the chow mein and fried rice! ”
“ Wifey had the Beef Brisket Noodle which was delicious, while I had the Chicken with Mushroom Noodle. The broth was good, but the chicken was ok. We also had the Popcorn Chicken. Very friendly service and chill atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the robot serve us drinks. ”
